Mbwana Yusuph Kilungi, better known as Mbosso or Mbosso Khan, continues to captivate with his soulful voice and emotional storytelling in his latest single, “Pawa,” taken from his newly released EP – Room Number 3.

Born October 3, 1995, in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Mbosso rose to fame as a key member of the legendary Yamoto Band (2012–2017), helping shape modern Bongo Flava. His solo journey has seen hit after hit, and now, with “Room Number 3,” Mbosso enters a fresh, self-assured chapter of his music career.

The word “Pawa” translates to "Power" in Swahili, and the track beautifully explores love's overwhelming energy. Mbosso sings of a love so strong it weakens him—“naishiwa pawa” (I’m losing power).

Blending emotional vulnerability with rich Swahili metaphors and flowing Bongo rhythms, “Pawa” is a poetic love letter wrapped in musical finesse.
